Lovely fruity aroma and also on the palate but much too spiced for my liking, quite sharp/prickly. 78/100

Still young but eminently drinkable this has a lovely peach yoghurt fruity and creamy nature, surprisingly little ‘new make’ evidence and not overly oaked, though perhaps shows it a little in fresh oak/pencil shavings, gentle biscuity cereals too shows great promise. 83/100
Full bodied and full flavoured, very enjoyable for a 4 year old Bourbon and not overly sweet or corny. 80/100
Quite light on the nose with a little more punch and plenty of spices on the palate, overall quite pleasant. 80/100
Slightly spiced and dessert-like Bourbon, the cognac cask finish has subdued some of the sweetness and given a richer, woodier and slightly festive spice feel to this one. 85/100
An interesting mix of peat-smoke and Calvados, quite light from the peaty whisky side which adds some darker notes of liqourice, clove and tar. 84/100
A lovely nutty, buttery and slightly coastal nature imbued here which really compliment the sweet apple and nutty French oak nature of the core Calvados. 85/100
A much sweeter and more vanillic expression following finishing in aSpeyside whisky cask, more body generate from a hint of malty cereal barley also. 84/100
A lovely introductory apple/fruit-led flavour, quite light on the palate and a hint of French oak maturation. 83/100
Salty and oily fish with a dash of lemon juice – not flavours I’m really looking for in a whisky. Whilst Terroir-driven whiskey may be a fantastical experiment/marketing hack to sell Waterford they seriously need to improve their output to tempt me into drinking it again. 66/100
