Jameson 18 Years Old Bow Street Cask Strength whiskey review: Spiced from the unmalted barley and rich and complex from both spirit and maturation, this is slightly removed from the smoothness of your usual Jameson blend and strikes me as something really quite memorable.
Irish Single Malt 13 Years Old Batch #3 whisky review: Plenty of body, packed full of fresh fruit and cereals, just a touch to sour and oaky on the finish for me. Quite a summery dram. 83/100
Redbreast 32 Years Old 1985 Dream Cask whiskey review: Despite being only 1 year older, I found this much more woody and redolent of chocolate then the last time we sampled it. A lot of the tropical fruit elements were hidden behind a much earthier, darker chocolate and older wood. The really reminded me of some great red wines wherein the fruity black and elder berry notes have a distinct earthiness to them adding great body. A different experience but still a very, very good whiskey! 92/100
Redbreast 12 Year Old Irish Pot Still Whiskey Review: A lovely mixture of fruit, sweet and spices. That Irish Pot Still unmalted barley spice and bite plus a little citric or acidic juice cuts through a rich and sweet sherry influence. Superb! 85/100

Quality needs to be unlocked here, too much spirit, spice and strong citrus neat to be overly enjoyable. A drop of water reveals the creamy toffee & banana from the official tasting notes. 81/100
A great introductory whiskey to the Tullamore range or ‘Blended’ Irish whiskey category. All very pleasant, perhaps a hint more wood smoke and spice than I remember on previous tastings? 83/100
A delicious single malt Irish whiskey expression with a distinct grapefruit and gooseberry fruit characteristic and syrupy and mouth coating texture which displays these to the utmost on the palate. Definitely one I could enjoy drinking time and time again! 89/100
Actually quite light-bodied with an airiness and sweetness very reminiscent of marshmallow, plenty of red berry fruits and some dried fruits and touches of tannins too, this has gained all the right elements from its finshing time in Oloroso casks and is very enjoyable indeed. 86/100
