Water Of Life Society Tasting: Omakase Sayonara
The farewell swan song from outgoing WOLS president Richard Kuo. Unfortunately this academic year had been particularly busy for me having recently had a new addition to the family and completing my PhD studies has meant that I have been singularly unable to attend any of the WOLS tasting events! However when my good friend and retiring President of the WOLS suggested this tasting I was more than happy to be there in spirit and reserved myself samples of the tasting line-up to savour at a later date.
This tasting comprised of:
Dallas Dhu 22 Years Old 1982 ~ 43% (Signatory)
Famous Grouse 30 Years Old ~43% (Edrington)
Speyburn 25 Year Old Solera Cask ~ 46% (Inver House)
Caperdonich 18 Year Old 1995 cask 95076 ~ 46% (Berry Bros. & Rudd)
