‘The Clubman Principal Lowball’ by Tristan Stephenson, co-owner of London’s favourite whisky bar, Black Rock:
This serve highlights the five principal flavours of whisky including the citrus fruit and sweet butterscotch notes found in Haig Club Clubman, as well as smoke, maritime and malt to create a balanced, light cocktail with seasonal spice.
- 40ml Haig Club Clubman
- 25ml Medium Amontillado sherry
- 80ml coconut water
- 5ml single malt whisky
- A pinch of salt
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients and refrigerate
- Pour into a chilled rocks glass with no ice
- Garnish with a strip of barley
