‘Clubman Cup’ by Daniel Warren, Diageo Reserve World Class 2018 bartender of the year:
A modern twist on a festive classic, the Clubman Cup showcases the vanilla and citrus notes of Haig Club Clubman with a blend of aromatic, orange and peychauds bitters topped with champagne.

- 25ml Haig Club Clubman
- 1 x dash festive bitters (aromatic, orange and peychauds bitters)
- 1 x white sugar cube
- 100ml champagne
METHOD
- To create the festive bitters, blend equal parts of aromatic, orange and Peychauds bitters
- Place the white sugar cube in a chilled cocktail glass, add a dash of festive bitters and then 25ml of Haig Club Clubman
- Top with 100ml of champagne then express the oil of an orange zest over the top and discard
