‘Cameron’s Column’ by Mark Low (Mr Lyan Studio):

A refined yet punchy Haig Club Clubman cocktail featuring fortified wines, cacao and spice.

  • 45ml Haig Club Clubman
  • 5ml Vermouth di Torino
  • 5ml Bodegas Gutiérrez Colosía Oloroso sherry
  • 5ml crème de cacao blanc
  • 2 x dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters



  • Combine all ingredients
  • Stir with plenty of ice and then strain into a chilled coupette glass
  • Cut an orange twist to squeeze over the drink, stud with a clove at one end, and then place it in the glass
