‘Cameron’s Column’ by Mark Low (Mr Lyan Studio):
A refined yet punchy Haig Club Clubman cocktail featuring fortified wines, cacao and spice.

- 45ml Haig Club Clubman
- 5ml Vermouth di Torino
- 5ml Bodegas Gutiérrez Colosía Oloroso sherry
- 5ml crème de cacao blanc
- 2 x dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients
- Stir with plenty of ice and then strain into a chilled coupette glass
- Cut an orange twist to squeeze over the drink, stud with a clove at one end, and then place it in the glass
