  • Aberfeldy 16 Year Old ($99.99) is primarily matured in first fill bourbon casks, refill casks and rechar casks. It’s then finished for 6 months in 100% oloroso sherry casks, adding an extra layer of flavor and enhancing the honeyed richness. The liquid exhales honey, citrus and spicy cloves, and tastes of sherried and full like fruitcake, with dabs of rich dark chocolate and a soothing, mouth-coating finish.
