Four world-class bartenders including Daniel Warren, Diageo Reserve GB World Class champion who came second in the global competition in 2018, fellow contestant Georgia Billing, Consultant and Black Rock Co-Owner Tristan Stephenson, and Mark Low of The Lyan Group have united to create a selection of bespoke Haig Club serves.

The cocktails include ‘Clubman Cup’ by Daniel Warren, using Haig Club Clubman as a base, with festive bitters, a white sugar cube finished with a measure of champagne, championing the vanilla and citrus notes of Haig Club Clubman perfectly.

Inspired by Haig Club’s ‘Make Your Own Rules’ campaign, which challenges whisky myths and encourages people to consider whisky in new ways and for a breadth of occasions, the series of serves hero the versatility of the spirit and rising appreciation for scotch, aiming to open the spirit up to a wider audience. The new serves demonstrate Haig Club’s fresh approach to modern drinking and acknowledgement of the ever-growing demand for simple and high-quality serves which can be enjoyed out in a pub or bar yet easily recreated at home.Haig Club

Rich Larkin, Head of Diageo Reserve GB commented: “Scotch is a huge player in the whisky category and is celebrated for being one of the most versatile styles. The idea to create this new collection of serves stemmed from the emerging trend and demand of consumers wanting to experiment with scotch and create quality serves at home. Haig Club Clubman allows consumers to do just that and opens the sector up to a breadth of consumers – both enthusiasts and novice drinkers.”

Serves include:

Clubman Pitch Punch by Georgia Billing, former Head Bartender at Sexy Fish

The Clubman Principal Lowball by Tristan Stephenson, co-owner of London’s favourite whisky bar, Black Rock

Cameron’s Column by Mark Low (Mr Lyan Studio)

Clubman Cup’ by Daniel Warren, Diageo Reserve World Class 2018 bartender of the year
