Laphroaig Distillery Visit

Our final visit of the Kildalton trio on 25th March 2014 was Laphroaig. In fact this was rather an open/free-form tour as they had effectively shut the distillery to visitors early to allow us free reign of the place. Lets just say my memory of the Stillman suggesting I stick my fingers into the open spirit safe to have a taste of the spirit coming straight off the still pretty much sums up just how open this tour was. Access all areas and a superb tasting afterwards of many of the early Friendship bottlings, plus I got to claim my rent on my Friends of Laphroaig plot too.
